This 24-hour hackathon will be held prior to the Distributed: Markets conference as an opportunity for participants to build and then demo an original blockchain-powered application in competition for $15,000 in prizes.
Developers, students and aspiring entrepreneurs will have 24 hours to showcase their skills and vision using the APIs, SDKs and other tools from today’s leading innovators in fintech. The challenge is to build the tech that will power the financial infrastructure of the future. The competition is being held at the Switchyards Downtown Club, and will be judged by a panel of experts looking for the the next big, disruptive ideas.

Eligibility
We believe technology should be built by people with different backgrounds and perspectives. All are welcome and we’d love to have a diverse, comfortable creative environment for everyone! Any attendees under the age of 18 will need written permission from a parent or guardian to attend.
Requirements
The judges will award the first place prize to the team that builds the best application of blockchain technology. All submissions must be posted on Devpost.
