ethereum testnet is down or what?

Can some one confirm that ethreum testnet is working or not?
& if not, can the admin provide any server, which has the geth/testrpc running. As I'm participating remotely, I'm using this channel to communicate with Admin/teams.

  just came to know that the testnet is attacked with 51% mining power and down from last 24 Hour.
